Family Tactical Solutions is dedicated to ensuring that anyone deemed eligible to own and operate a firearm is properly trained and confident with the use of their firearm. Family tactical solutions focus on small ccw/training classes for a more tailored student-focused training experience.
Courses
HANDGUN FUNDAMENTALS

This training course is for the new gun owner. We will review gun safety, gun storage, how to disassemble and reassemble your firearm, loading, and unloading firearms, target focus, and how to manage recoil. This class is available with and without range options where we can also practice with various weapons to see which works best for you with comfort, fit, and accuracy.

CONCEALED PISTOL LICENSE

This is the course required to get your Michigan Concealed Pistol License (CPL). In this class we will cover what you need to know about the law and how to operate/carry a loaded weapon safely in public and private settings. No experience is necessary. Must be 21 years of age, The applicant must have a valid, lawfully obtained Michigan driver's license or official Michigan personal identification card.

B.R.A.S.S

B.R.A.S.S. or “Breathe Relax Aim Squeeze Shoot” In this course, you will learn how to draw and fire your handgun, conduct "emergency" and "tactical" reloads, as well as how to clear various types of weapon malfunctions. This introductory course is designed to teach defensive pistol shooting to beginners and to those who had never received formal training. This class will educate students on the drawing exhibiting concept and technique, application of the Basic Firearms Safety Rules, understanding the use of force doctrine, fundamentals of semi-automatic handgun operation and develop their basic marksman skills
